Today’s posts that caught my eye:

1. The Senate parliamentarian ruled that Democrats’ bid to legalize millions of undocumented immigrants through a budget reconciliation is “not appropriate” for inclusion in the budget bill. The last major legalization occurred in 1986, and it now doesn’t seem that will change.
